We are fully computerised and your information is always kept up to date and is readily accessible from any terminal on our network. If you wish to contact our customer service department, you may fill out the customer service query form . Once submitted, our customer service department will receive your support email form and reply to your query in an expeditious manner.

Electronic Pre-Press

MAPCO's pre-press department operates on multiple operating systems and platforms. Our network is comprised of Windows Operating Systems as well as MAC G4's using OS9. You may submit your artwork in any format that you prefer by using any storage medium (floppy's, Jaz, Zip drives, floppy or via email) that is convenient for you.
You may use any of the following programs to create your layout:

• Adobe Photoshop (version 4.0 or higher)
• Adobe Illustrator (version 6.0 or higher)
• Adobe Freehand (version 3.0 or higher)
• Adobe Pagemaker (version 3.0 or higher)
• Coreldraw (version 3.0 or higher)
• Quark Express

Graphic Art and Design

If you require graphic design for your project and you do not have the means to produce the artwork, let us Do it for You !! We have all the latest graphic art software and equipment to produce quality art for your print job. We also have a very talented and experienced graphic's team, to provide you with the art to project the image you are looking for.

The Facility

Here at MAPCO we enjoy 10,000 square feet of factory and office space. Because of our size, infrastructure and machinery, we can easily produce well over 28,000 sheets per hour!! We also provide from one to six-colour lithography. Our competent staff is always focused on getting the job done right and getting it done on time. Our Fleet of State-of-the-Art Offset Printers, Die-cutting machines, Folding Machines support us in our quest to do a good job for you.
